Hi Jean
I'm totally against the Water Treatment Plant.... It is now never going to happen so now stop your obnoxious website and Facebook page. Your signs are polluting our streets. This fight is over now you need to get over it! It’s sad that the Butner Creedmoor news has to publish you sad half page ad making a mockery of Thanksgiving. Your turning good work into sour grapes! Where I live in Creedmoor nothing stinks and I love my home.
Thanks,

Hi Ed
There are always armchair critics and Monday morning quarterbacks! Thanks for your belated support.
But Ed, now that you are publically committed to help lead the fight here are the most important points:
There has been NO public announcement by the City of Creedmoor that the Tar River Waste Money Treatment Plant is off the table and will not be built or pursued by the city.
At a recent Commissioners’ meeting, Creedmoor said there was “no incentive” to join SGWASA. Does the city of Creedmoor need more incentive to do the right thing by the citizens of Creedmoor and Granville County?!
Creedmoor Citizens still are paying $600 a year in overcharges; the schools are still paying $140,000 a year in overcharges for water and sewer to the City of Creedmoor.
All the pieces necessary to pursue the plant are still in play. I’m glad for you that the stench emanating from Creedmoor misses your home, but it’s still quite strong out in the county and especially up Hester Road.
Thanks,
Jean Blaine
