I have never put up a sign in Creedmoor or anywhere in Granville County.
This all started with a letter from Danny Eudy, that was dated before the violation that he incorrectly claimed I committed occurred.(See below The Intimidators, 10-23-13 for full text of his letter.)
In Mr Frangos' response to my attorney, Mr. Frangos confirms
1) The "city" of Creedmoor did receive my letter saying I had never put up a sign of any type in Creedmoor
2) The "city" of Creedmoor acted based on their distaste for my ads and my website;
3) which confirms the "city" of Creedmoor acted against my constitutional rights to free speech.
4) In Creedmoor the citizens right to free speech is decided not by The Constitution but by The Mayor, The 'Ommissioners and Danny Eudy, who is still nowhere to be seen!

I would certainly hope that folks continue to place signs and speak up. When government does not act in the best interests of its citizens, the citizens should speak up and be heard! Loud and Clear - "Something Stinks in Creedmoor!"  Until the Mayor and The 'Ommissioners start listening...

Glad the signs are back up in force. Let's make sure the small, little minded Commissioners don't get away with this stuff.

Yep, the message was pretty obvious driving through Creedmoor on the way to church this morning!

Was also happy that the Save The Tar folks got their signs back out too.

Stick to your guns! Even Judge Judy will get a laugh out of this "case". Don't let them off the hook; this is standard operating procedure for Creedmoor - my way or highway attitude by the Mayor and his "co-conspirators".

This last letter gives you a slam dunk.

Laughed all the way from 85, up 15, and down 56. Had heard about the fight and glad to see folks are standing up against this terrible attempt to ruin Granville County.

Keep fighting and thanks for the laugh. Sure its an inspiration for many people to see 10,000 signs all over!

The Mayor has made a laughingstock out of our town, but let's not forget that this WWTP is not funny.

Let's sink this ship now!

Bravo, thought you'd been intimidated by their tactics!

Remember the Enviro Mgmt Commission told the Mayor in public to his face that the plant would not be permitted. The Mayor and the Commissioners can stop prancing around as though they are going to get their wish to pollute the Tar. They are dead in the water

Hope SGWASA has got that message... Creedmoor is toast on any option other than to keep wildly overcharging its citizens as you and others have so clearly pointed out..

Does SGWASA know?

Raleigh is right. Don't we need to get SGWASA folks out in the open on these negotiations. They're talking about dividing up the county without anybody having a public say. And we know that one of the parties can't be trusted as far as you can throw them.

We need to demand that this process be done in plain sight. How do we get that done?

Where are the county commissioners in all this?

Heard Ed Mims say he was against all this, but haven't seen Oxford, Stem, Stovall, the others on the record.

Are they in agreement?

Or is the white flag ready to be raised? Stay tuned..............the best is coming............
