PictureGone missing from City Hall?

Anyone who's had a “Something Stinks in Creedmoor” sign stolen from their yard in the last couple of days, should contact the Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Creedmoor, not to report the theft,  but to ask him to bring the sign back.

Might also ask him, ”Who put you up to this?  Or did you come up with this all by yourself? Don’t you know it’s against the law to take things off private property?”

Be sure to tell him to put it right back where it came from!  In your yard!

The Code Enforcement Officer’s email is jganus@cityofcreedmoor.org

Or call (919) 764-1062.

PictureThar's another one!! Git it, quick!
Even if you don’t live in town, call and ask him to bring your sign back.

The Code Enforcement Officer was a bit zealous in his work and forgot to stay inside the city limits.

Oh, but when you’re ignoring the law anyway….
Creedmoor knows no limits

Just saw in the newspaper where the city of Butner bought a piece of property on Central Avenue. The owner of the property wanted over $500,000 for it. Lo and behold, Butner paid for an appraisal and the land appraised for $300,000.00. Butner actually saved its citizenry $200,000 and threw "at arm's length" out the window!!!! Looks like Creedmoor needs to take lessons from Butner.
