"I note with interest that our registered letter to Mr. Eudy has been returned by the US Postal Service with the standard notice "Return to Sender Unclaimed Unable to Forward." " Ronald Raxter, Attorney William Mullen

Where's Eudy?!  Seems no one can find Sign Officer Danny Eudy. Please, report any sighting!

As you will note in the email exchange between The Mayor and my attorney, Mr. Raxter with Williams Mullen, it continues to be almost impossible to deliver a message to the "City" of Creedmoor.  They refuse to listen, accept or respond.

My client appreciates the promptness of your reply to acknowledge a 10/08/13 receipt of our letter.  I note with interest that our registered letter to Mr. Eudy has been returned by the US Postal Service with the standard notice “Return to Sender Unclaimed Unable to Forward.”  Our letter used the following address: Mr. Danny Eudy, Code Administrator, City of Creedmoor, Community Development Office, 211 North Main Street, Creedmoor, NC 27522.”  Please advise if Mr. Eudy remains an employee of the City of Creedmoor and if his is an employee, his correct address.  Absent a response, we will use the date of your email response to determine when the 20 business days for a response from the City of Creedmoor have concluded.

Yes, our Cary wannabe Mayor and commissioners are still working on modernizing Creedmoor by adding modern conveniences like regular mail delivery.

The Mayor is definitely full of it - maybe that's why he feels the need for a larger WWTP?

So, Creedmoor now has at least two employees missing in action? Eudy and the chief of police?

Plus a town manager who leaves the county each night to go home?

Don't be so hard on the town manager; he's just trying to avoid Creedmoor's highest in area taxes by living in Wake County.

Well, don't overlook all the extra services you get for those high taxes in Creedmoor vs Wake County.

Low taxes is the reason that Raleigh isn't growing. Creedmoor commissioners are a whole lot smarter than folks down here - HIGHER TAXES IS THE BEST STRATEGY FOR THE CITIZENS OF CREEDMOOR.

I'm going to write the Mayor about these high taxes.

Anybody know his address? Maybe I can send him into hiding too.

In fact, may write all the commissioners and see if that will make them go into hiding in Wake County with the town manager.

Don't forget that even if town hall won't accept its mail, you can send the Mayor a public message in November by voting.
For Mayor, write in :

ANYBODY BUT DARRYL !

Now is the time for Creedmoor to demand change. Get out and vote!! Voter turnout has been low. Let these people know it is time for a complete makeover. Howdy Eudy and the police chief are just puppets doing the dirty work for the politicians. But some people are not intimidated. Just stay tuned........more to follow.

Reading the lawywer's email, by my calculation the Mayor and Creedmoor Mafiossioners have to respond no later than NOVEMBER 5 - Election Day!

Be sure to publish their response real early so voters will know the truth about them before they go vote

Be sure to tell us if they don't respond also. That's my bet.

If they don't respond and break the law , it could be very expensive for Mr. Eudy personally and the citizens of Creedmoor who pay for all the lawyering around. Understand the City attorney likes to hear himself talk and talk and to also charge by the word while he's doing it. .

But hope you do get the chance to depose them for the record. Got a list of questions for you to ask when you get ready.

Danny Eudy lives on Hwy. 15 south of Creedmoor. Will e-mail you his address.

Shouldn't have any difficulty serving the papers on him.
